About Me

I am an integrative counsellor and therapist offering a reflective, compassionate, and supportive space for people to explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, identity, and personal experiences.

My approach is collaborative and non-judgemental. Rather than telling people what to do, I believe therapy is about helping people better understand themselves, their emotions, experiences, and the patterns that may be affecting their wellbeing.

I work with adults as well as young people aged 12+, supporting people from different backgrounds, experiences, identities, and walks of life. I understand that emotional struggles can show up in many different ways, including anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, confidence, family dynamics, life transitions, identity struggles, and the pressures of modern life.

I also recognise that culture, upbringing, family expectations, belonging, and personal identity can sometimes affect how people experience themselves, relationships, and the world around them. My aim is to offer a space where people feel accepted, understood, and able to speak openly without fear of judgement.

Alongside counselling, I also offer therapy-informed coaching for those seeking greater clarity, confidence, emotional insight, and personal growth.

I offer online and face-to-face sessions in a confidential and supportive environment.
